What is Web design?

Web design is the designs of websites, web design is the creation of what you website turns into. The two main things that make a website is Hypertext Markup Language(HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets(CSS). Hypertext Markup Language defines the content of your page, while Cascading Style Sheets defines the design that can be shown on your website. They both involve coding, they can be both be really puzzled for beginners at first.
